Does Ping Pong Root Work?

Hey LTT,

   So I am wanting to root my Galaxy S6 (regular not Edge or Active) with Sprint carrier but I don't want to end up voiding my warranty from the Knox gate. I found a .apk program called PingPong that claims it can bypass the gate and thus give root access without voiding a warranty. Has anyone used this and can confirm it works and is legit? Also, if it isn't, is the warranty the only thing that is voided on my phone so I don't have to pay a fee or anything if I do end up having to use Knox?

Just rooting is fine. Its if it sets off the Knox gate that voids warranty. Its perfectly legal to keep your warranty if you can bypass it.
