I am trying to download HLAE, but my Norton and windows both say its dangerous.

Does this download have viruses?

Norton recognizes anything that isn't Norton as a virus.  A few years back I was updating windows and it thought windows updates were viruses

Just don't trust Norton recognising things as viruses ever, although it recognising windows updates as viruses is new to me.
