Turn off weird back functionality on YouTube?

So I'm not too sure if this happens for everybody but it happens to me and it's really annoying. I have this problem where if I am on someone's channel page and I click a video hitting back doesn't bring me back to their page it bring me back to the video i watched last. So for example if I'm on the LTT channel page and I watch a video then go back to his channel page by clicking back it goes back but if I watch another video and hit back again it won't bring me back to the channel page it will bring me all the way back to the previous video I watched even if its not from the same channel.

 

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to disable this with a chrome extension or something.

Are you sure it isn't just your install of chrome? Mine works perfectly.

No it never did this before it only started happening recently and it does it on other computers.
