I am posting, because I am a bit unsure about mixing different RAM sticks, and I want to make sure that everything will be fine.

I have a Lenovo Y50-70 notebook that I initially bought with 4GB of RAM and immediately extended it to 8GB by putting in another stick of 4GB.

The stick I put in was a KTD-L3CS/4G from Kingston. (More exactly this from here: http://www.edigital.hu/memoria/kingston-4gb-ddr3-notebook-memoria-(ktd-l3cs/4g)-p469918.html )

Now I would like to have more room for video editing and server type things, and the biggest bottleneck is the amount of RAM currently, so I would like to have more.

I feel like 12GB would be enough, and I know it would be easier to buy two identical 8GB sticks, but then I wouldn't know what to do with those I already have and it would be more expensive too.

My question is whether this 8GB stick would work with the 4GB one from Kingston without any problems: KTL-TP3C/8G ( http://www.edigital.hu/memoria/kingston-8gb-ddr3-notebook-memoria-(ktl-tp3c/8g)-p469875.html )

I have checked the voltages, frequencies and latencies on the internet and they seem to match, but I am still a bit concerned.

NCIX.com doesn't have voltage information for the 4GB one, but on other sites I found that it is rated for 1.5V

My other options would be these: http://goo.gl/eQGXmB

Or if none of these are fine, I could order from somewhere else.

I hope that somebody can assure me that there is a very low chance of problems if I use the two mentioned sticks together!

Thanks in advance,
