HELP ! IT KEEP SHOCKING ME !

This build already half year, everything working fine, nothing shock.
But today, I took it out for a clean put it back on power up forgot plug my mouse in.
Plug my mouse in and then get shock.
Now the whole system shock me when i touch it.

I see carpet I believe. Please get off of carpet while working on it. And ground yourself.

Make sure your outlet is grounded or things can potentially build up charges that can potentially be dangerous, but if your on carpet or were just statically charge that could also be a result of the shock.
