Best IEM under $200 USD?

Im looking for some iem (in ear monitors) under $200, preferably under $150 USD. I listen to hip-hop sorta music but i have an ear for good audio and can't stand even $70 in ear headphones. The biggest thing i would want from these headphones are punchy, tight, controlled but fun low end.
