No operating system found

So I recently just got my first SSD which is a Corsair Force LS 480. I had it formatted and partitioned for the total drive size and used Macrium to close my 80gb boot drive to it  after cloning my drive I rebooted with just the SSD and my non boot HDD plugged in. Now I get the no operating system detected screen and when I hit any key to restart it boots into Windows like normal. I have full access to the SSD and it's files and never had this issue before with my old boot drive. Where did I go wrong?

probaply the cloning, try again, worked for me the last time.

OK so as it now turns out both my original boot drive and SSD now display this message.

How in the name of god did you do that???

I have absolutely no idea. I can still boot into Windows from both drives thankfully but that doesn't make any sense at all.

try resetting your bios

I'm going to run repair from the Windows tool and see if that works. It's not a problem just a nuisance.
