Continued Problem With Website

Hey guys, my website specialist/hoster went missing and I need my website to go online immediately as it is from a restaurant. It works on this site s429739212.online.de but I cant get it to work on the regular domain that I bought, www.rhoendorferhof.de

it says that there is no content available-error 403 but on google, it shows the site with the description and everything. It just doesn't work if you click on it. Please help!!!

Hi, do you have access to your domains DNS?

If you do you can add an A record with a host of '@' and the points to as 's429739212.online.de'

The vocabulary your hosting company uses for the a record may differ but the host is usually the first box and the point to is usually second. Here is an example image of an a record from godaddy (not my image).
