Can't Access Bios

So I'm trying to switch back from windows 10 to windows 8.  Upon the restart, smashing F11 or DEL is not taking me to the MSI BIOS to load from my CD drive.  Is there any other way to get there without restarting?

What happens when you press it? Does it give you a black screen

Nope it just continues to boot to Windows 10

put your keyboard in a different usb port and try again

Nope that didn't work.  Computer is booting up too quick before the keyboard can turn on

well use another keyboard if possible and set your post delay to more than 5sec. or do a cmos reset and see if that helps

If you're keyboard requires a driver try a driver less keyboard

From inside of Windows, you can hold shift while clicking restart will take you to a menu. From there choose troubleshoot, then advanced options. Choosing UEFI firmware settings should take you to the BIOS.

My PC does not have the UEFI option.

Ok then, if after holding shift and clicking restart there should be an option to use a device. You should be able to choose the CD drive from there.
