It should be in the SLI Settings. You will find it under there with a SURROUND option. Thats the last i saw it on my PC at home but i also have dual GPUs

Intel Core i7-6700k | 2 X Gigabyte 4GB GTX 970 Overclocked Edition | 16GB (4X4GB) DDR4 2133MHz Corsair Dominator Platinum | MasterCase Pro 5

go to your nVidia control panel. Right click on your desktop screen and click nVidia control panel. Once the screen is up click on the "configure SLI, surround" and work from there to set it up. Just a note that you need 3 of the same resolution and refresh rate monitors. Example: 3x 2560x1440 144hz monitors will work with surround. However 1x 2560x1440 144hz monitors, with 2x 2560x1440 60hz monitors will work with surround but it will only run at 60hz. If you have different resolution monitors (1920x1080p and 2560x1440p) surround will not work at all.

EDIT: If you have trouble finding the nVidia control panel just google on how to pull it up.
