msi 970 gaming mobo problem

hi,

am useing a msi 970 gaming mobo, win 10 OS.

last day my OS crashed (after start up its stuck) so i reset the win 10, after that there is no audio, its says "No audio output device is installed" is it a mobo problem?? or am i missing something??

( i installed the sound blaster  cinema 2 and realtech hd audio)

I had to install driver for internet before it would work, but I have not had these issues. 

 

You might want to try a bios flash if you continue to have problems.

i have installed all the latest driver but still the same problem, 

 

in device manager there is a caution sign in "HD audio bus" its showing code 39 driver missing or corrupted
