I have finally came to a decision on my parts for the PC i will be building for my dad it will be an office pc used for light office work and YouTube Browsing / Watching. His files will mostly be on the cloud hence the ssd choice, I am ordering it all from 1 website so that brings the price up a bit but there is also some extra stuff not included like the wifi adapter and fans/spltter

No need for a Air cooler for a stock CPU. It's more than enough. Yes it does get a bit noisy. But it's fine.

I might just get an aftermarket cooler, might be a projected upgrade…. I also might stick in a gpu later on down the line
