I followed all the steps i could in the pinned troubleshooting topic, i have no spare hardware and i'm using a 5820k, X99 extreme4, 4x4 kit of G.skill ripjaws 4 and a GTX 770 2GB other specs are strider gold 850w, nhd15, 840 pro 256gb, WD blue 320Gb 2.5" but i think they are less important. What can i do, preferably without buying new parts. cannot rturn anything  as i bought it all second hand, i have to prove its that component thats not working. All fans spin, no output to monitor.

Remove the CMOS battery / reset the CMOS? As well as try only one stick of RAM, and make sure that it gets seated properly.

Sorry, but I'm maybe a bit special, Ihave laying around maybe 3 or 4 GPUs , 3 CPUs , 2 MBs and a dozen of  RAM.

But you maybe could also ask a friend if he can lend a GPU for a hour, it's only for searching the specific error.

BTW if you run your PC now the fans spin, I assume case fans, are the GPU fans spinning?

Do you have the correct motherboard standoffs in the case? If you have a standoff where there's no screw hole on the motherboard, it will short. Though that typically ends up in an on/off loop, but it can just stay on unresponsively.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

Forgot about that, running it without a case for now. I'll lend it to a friend for testing for a bit to see if the GPU is the problem, and yes it's fans spin. I'm more worried about testing my platform related components because unlike ddr3 i cant get a 2gb stick for $10 to test with and I really don't want to go buy a new board or CPU.
