Help with assignment

So i have a tech assignment (as shown below) and I am completely stumped. Help me if you can, if you cant, thanks anyway.Capture-ltt2.JPG.e95c2157dd2aada875fef88

The assignment is the second paragraph. Also we are only allowed to use paper & tape to construct the "utilitarian object" so keep that in mind.


Edit: We are also allowed to reinvent current objects with a twist of some sort..

You could also build a bridge between two land masses (crumpled paper) and have strips of paper coming down from the cables to support it, then roll up some smaller pieces to build the support underneath. but this all on like 3 pieces of paper tapped together if you can't use a cardboard base.
