Hot plug the drive into another computer (make sure AHCI is enabled for the SATA interface). Or just use a drive dock. Pull all the info off of it. Everything should still be in their original folder structure.
Then put it back in the computer. Boot off of the USB drive, delete all partitions, and install windows.
