This is your best bet other than searching Ebay for used ones or maybe find cheaper ones. Of Course there are always other ways of getting it ;)

I am building a new system and want to use Windows 7. There are so many different version and I don't know which one to get. I have already determined that Home Premium is fine. Can anyone give me a link to the proper version to buy at the lowest cost? Thank you.
