I recently bought computer parts like this: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/q3hDBm I have not opened the parts yet and I have found the store I bought the RAM from is selling RAM of 1866 MHz for the same price as the 1600 MHz one I bought originally is it worth it to return the old RAM for the one of higher speeds? Also I will be playing games like Minecraft, Call Of Duty, Fallout, etc on this PC would it make sense to upgrade to 16 GB of RAM or is 8 a good amount?

no its not. just keep what you have. it would be smart to upgrade to 16 gigs in the future, but 8 will work for now

yeah ive tested my fx6300 @ 4.8ghz between 1333mhz and 2400mhz and games see no performance gain from what i've seen. you should be fine.

Would it make sense to buy 16 GB of RAM now? I forgot to mention the games I originally posted I may occasionally live stream them on Twitch.
