As long as you don't kink the tubes, you won't damage the cooler or impact cooling performance.

Does the position of the tubes on the radiator matter?  In a build I'm doing, it would be easiest to mount the radiator on the front of the case with the tubes in the bottom, not the top.  Does this matter or will it damage the pump/not cool as well?  Using the h100i GTX in the IN WIN 805 (that does not have vents on the top of the case)

You can mount it either way, 100%.
