Hello,

Currently I have one 24" ASUS VG248QE, and I'm planning to go with three monitors setup. My question is, would it be OK to have the following setup:

VG248QE          PG278Q              VG248QE

I might get something more high end than the PG278Q, but what I meant by OK is, would I have a lower than supposed experience on the middle monitor if it might have different Resolution, Refresh Rate and G-Sync?

Is it OK to have the same exact side monitors and have a higher end one in the middle? What would happen for example if I buy Acer Predator XB271HU instead of the PG278Q would I have a different experience with it ?

Thank you

I'd personally get three of the same monitor just because that normally ends up being better.

It doesn't matter. I have 2 old moniters that aren't even 1080p then a 4k moniter as my middle one. So,yeah xD  It's fine

What if the middle one has G-Sync? I believe in that case when "Gaming" I might be forced to that monitor in order to benefit from G-Sync right? I mean if I play a game on 3 of them, I won't be able to use G-Sync.. Correct?

Should work okay, unless you're really anal about sizing and orientation then go for same brand/size.

Well I don't use my 3 to game I game on one and then have obs and Google on the other. But I'd think g synch wouldn't work if you had all 3 playing the game. Or if it did it might just look bad
