I'm itching for an upgrade. It's been roughly 3 years since and I'm curious to see what other people think. I'm currently running an I7-3770 (non-k) at stock speed with it turbo'd to around 4.2 GHz, Corsair Vengeance 16 GB on an ASUS Z77 Sabertooth board with 2x GTX 680 2 GB reference cards in SLI. I was wondering what would be a more worthy upgrade. Upgrading to an I7 6700k with the ASUS ROG Hero and 16 GB of 3000MHz Corsair Dominator or maybe grabbing a 980ti. I run a quad monitor setup with 1 144Hz 24” as my primary gaming monitor, 2 60Hz 24” and 1 2560x1600 30”. I’m sorta sick of not being able to O/C anything and I’m growing tired of SLI. What would you do? Rebuild the entire platform and go all new or buy a top tier card?

I'd just grab a 980Ti if you need more performance -- stepping up to a 6700k, while fun isn't worth the expense imo.
