Hi everyone

I have some parts in mind to build a PC that is not an all out Uber gaming PC rig but just so I can play Battlefield 4 on High settings if possible or Ultra, I am

in no way a hardcore gamer I just play a few hours a week for fun, the parts are as below please feel free to tell me where I am going wrong

and what would be better to buy, but keeping the budget to about £400 or so

CPU, i5 4460 or 4570 about £120 eBay (can't afford a new one)

MoBo Asus H81M-Plus £42.00

GFX Asus GTX 750Ti £99.00

RAM HyperX FURY Series 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL10 DIMM £62.00

SSD Samsung 2.5 inch 250 GB 850 EVO Solid State Drive £65

Heatsink Cooler Master RR-212E-16PK-R1 Hyper 212 Evo £27.00

Total £415.00 approx

Big thank you for any replies I may get :)

Hi

The only problem in UK pounds (maybe should of said) it's quite a bit more even the GFX works out at £174.00 :(

And I wanted to try to go with an i5 CPU :)

Cheers

alright

i recommend that build cause its lga 1151 with lots of room to upgrade

try to find an lga 1151 mobo for now, lower end processor, random ram, ssd, and graphics you like

lga 1151 is hugely upgradeable

Ditch the cooler, run on stock clocks for the mean time.. get the extra money then change the 750ti to a GTX 950.. No comment on the CPU Choice.. Just compress your budget for a better video card.. :)

16GB of ram? What are you trying to run? Arkham Knight? If you're buying components that good spend a little more for a 960/380 at least.

So the GTX 950 is better and about the same price, when you say no comment on CPU do you think the CPU that I said will be OK

Thanks

Yep, CPU choice is fine, an i5 would suffice what you need in gaming. Just use the budget for a 950 or higher :) good luck with the build
