Best server hosting site

I need a server hosting website for starbound, ark and minecraft under 10 dollars a month  CAD want it to be easy to use and configure and have decent performance thanks.

 

The only reason I need it is because my router has decided it doesn't want to port forward and I have basically given up.

Check for a Kimsufi, they're the cheapest i know.
