error 0x00000e windows 10pro

hello everyone

here it's the issue

PC configuration:
i54440
asrock h87m pro4
8gb ddr3
1tb wd Blue + 2HDD to 500gb (one of these is marked me as crystal disk risk)
120gb ssd 840 (os)

out of the blue one my home PC with Windows 10 installed pro you decided to compel the errroe 0x00000e.
I unplugged all the hdd from PC and only left the ssd where the os is istalled ( in the bios the ssd it is not seen connected to any SATA III port, I tried to connect it to all six available)

I connected two usb with installations of Windows 8.1 pro and Windows 10 pro in the other, both failed to install the os, saying that the target drive is locked .... or when I choose a clean installation, '"ssd nn appears among the choices where to install the os". I tried to perform all the possibilities listed in the "advanced options", no results.

I tried to make a bootable dvd ,, shows the message: unable to reset you pc. required drive partition is missing.

Question: Can i remove the SSD and put it in an external box to facilitate troubleshooting? or it must be connected to the motherboard?
why should I go and if I can bring it back and try to solve this thing is better.
I also tried various suggestions from the Microsoft website or other online guides, none of that was successfull.

after doing all that, I formatted all hdd , i lost everything for christ sakes (Except the ssd) and I installed it Windows 10 pro, or so my mom can use the pc.

Once turned on the computer and pressing F11, which allows me to get into the boot, I see that as a Priority 1 there's not the hdd (wd blue) but "windows boot manager" (!?!?!?!);

if I try to select the HDD appears "please insert a boot drive".
I honestly don't know what to do! is the ssd dead? hardware problem?

Any tips?
