My motherboard is Asus x99 deluxe, I have installed windows 8 pro on a SSD,

I have 3 more 7200rpm HDD's, I have to make RAID 0 with 2 of them.

Is it not possible to make RAID after installing OS even if I want to make RAID on other disks?

Kindly help me how to go about this.

yeah just boot into your bios and you can select the individual drives and configure them in RAID 0 from there:) should be in the advanced options.

you don't need to do it before you install windows.

I have created RAID 0 with 2 HDD's after disconnecting ssd but now am not able to boot how to solve this?

I have have connected the SSD as in the same port before.

you didn't need to disconnect your SSD? make sure the power and sta are secure and try changing the boot order to boot from your SSD first in the bios.
