CPU Perforamce Decrease?

I realize cpu's don't decrease in performance so know something else is going on here. I just ran user benchmark, I know its not the most accurate but its the only thing I know the score of from a few weeks ago, and my cpu is only at 54%, well now around 47%, at 4.6Ghz which for sure should be above a average score for the 860K. I remember it being around 65% last time I did or maybe it was close to 70%, point is that there has been a huge decrease in performance. I have actually noticed a decreased in performance in some games so this isn't just a benchmark issue, its a real world issue.

Before anyone asks I know my cpu cooler is capable of handling this overclock with ease and same for my motherboard.

Hmm... what Windows version?

I am using Windows 10 but I was running Windows 10 before when my cpu was performing normally.

Ah, okay then. It's probably something along the way hammering the CPU or the OC isn't very good. Kaveri doesn't care for high OCs, pretty much above 4.3GHz.

I know Kaveri isn't exactly known for being a good overclocker but i have made sure its stable, it has 100% stable before so I don't see how soemthing could chance and nothing else is really using the cpu. I am Vagabond139. I also just downclocked to its stock speed, I am only getting around a freighting33% but am getting roughly the same FPS as I was it being at 4.6Ghz.

Yeah, it's most likely Kaveri being Kaveri with OCs. Sometimes they can use it, other times it makes no benefit.
