Can someone help me put together a budget build? And yeah, I know that this won't be hitting the sweat spot in terms of bang for the buck.

If you can stretch your budget by just a little, this is a pretty powerful build, although you may need to upgrade the CPU cooler and overclock the CPU later if you want more performance in CPU-bound scenarios.

Intel alternative (more upgradable, but a slightly weaker starting point. However, you can overclock this CPU with just the stock cooler to about 4.2 GHz).
