Random wake out of sleep mode

I have been having issues of my custom pc randomly waking from sleep mode. Sometimes instantly after clicking sleep other times 15 or 20 min later. Windows update is automatic is turned off. It did this on win7 and win10. My usb mouse is disable from wake and the event viewer says wake source unknown.

I have a custom built i5 4960k on a z97 extreme3 with a xfx r9 280x, balistitx x2 8gb ram, and a 850evo ssd and a WD 500gb drive.

Could it be hardware issues? Help me internet pls.

The only things I can think of off hand are things like the wake settings in the bios (like "wake on LAN"), Windows tasks in the scheduler, and wake settings in Windows.
