stripped screw

taking apart a old laptop and there is a stripped screw any suggestions on how to get it out.

Very carefully drill it out

Have you tried using a rubber band? Sometimes the rubber creates enough friction to turn the screw. Image

Stripped head or thread?

I had a 2 or 3 that I needed to heat up in order to get some give on the loctite on the threads and where the head was also damaged.   Pain in the bum.
