I need help because I don't know if my cpu is even overclockable! It is a intel celeron n2830 2.16 Ghz, if it is overclockable, what should I boost it to?

if it has a k on the end of the name its over clockable

if not then nope

k=oc

non-k=no oc

e.g my i5-4440 is not overclockable since it is not unlocked

while an i7-3770K would be overclockable since it is unlocked

It's a laptop CPU so you won't be able to overclock it.

If I am right and this is a laptop processor, you shouldnt be overclocking this because laptops do not have sufficient cooling for the heat and stress your processor will be going through. If you do it, you will break your system.

Not entirely true as you can overclock non-k CPUs using BCLK overclocking.

Not always true, on current and past platforms.

But it's a laptop ULV cpu so there's no chance anyway. Maybe via the PLL but it's a bit pointless.
