MSI SHIFT Technology

Hey! Had a question for anyone who knows a little more than me about overclocking. I have a MSI gs60 ghost pro 4k and it came with MSIs SHIFT mode. I was wondering if it is ok to use sports mode when ever I game?? I wasn't for sure if it is good to overclock off and on like that. I usually use green mode while preforming any other task. I only ask because I know the affects of overclocking and didn't know how far out SHIFT takes the hardware. Thanks in advance!

If it comes stock with the laptop and temps are fine, its perfectly fine to use.

MSI wouldn't include it were it unsafe.
