Fun Server Build

It's pretty cheap and even with shipping it would be a fun server build.  Might even be able to use some GTX 960's and do some VM's for fun.  But I was considering picking it up and having fun with it.  Thoughts?

Apparently they don't sell for much over $50 because of shipping.  I live close to shipping is $82 for me.  Would this work as a stand alone server?
