Does CM Storm Trooper Support E-ATX?

CM Storm Trooper supports XL-ATX but doesn't list E-ATX, I'm wondering if it would work for E-ATX. I want to install GA-Z170X-Gaming G1 into the case, but not sure if it will fit. As I'm aware, E-ATX is smaller in length, while the width is the same as the XL-ATX. I am willing to drill holes into the case to make the motherboard fit.
