Its not overly hot in that room, and you havent touched the heat sink or anything that has to do with the CPU lately correct?

Probably I removed the Heatsync but not the cpu, i didn't touch that. Are you saying that the CPU is broken? Or that I've to fix the heat sink?

However I could see the bios on screen and the CPU is headed and also the temperature is normal, nothing "strange" on screen.

Well... this could be caused by heat getting to the processor. The mobo is letting you know that the CPU is to hot and is shutting down. Did you reapply thermal paste? Are you sure you seated it down correctly? Did you remove the old thermal past when changing the heatsink?

Ok so first off, lets not turn on the PC again. Thermal Paste is important to remove and reapply (especially if it is old paste) when removing the heatsink and reapplying. So your going to want to pop that heatsink back off and clean the thermal past off the heatsink and CPU, then reapply some thermal paste and then the heatsink and see if that helps.

Ok check the capacitors on the motherboard to see if any of them are bad. Bad ones will swell or split on the top.

Actually it's alright, not reccomended per se, but alright to not reapply paste when you take the heatsink off and pop it back on. I still highly reccomend reapplying every time, but its perfectly fine to not reapply if you have the cooler off for a limited amount of time.

You could easily turn the pc on after doing so, run a stress test, and be a couple (5ish) Celsius higher, not anything crazy, and its recommended to reapply every time, but not dangerous at all.....unless you totally fuck the paste when you remove it, like accidentally scraping it off with the heatplate on the heatsink.
