SLI Sync Limit Reached

After seeing quite a few videos and a community that actually appears reasonably active, I have reasonable amounts of faith that someone here might actually be able to help me!

 

My entire issue's described in detail at https://www.techinferno.com/index.php?/forums/topic/9087-sli-sync-limit-reached-redux/ , but it basically amounts to "Out of the blue one day, SLI Sync Limit started tripping and now SLI performs worse than non-SLI in every situation, even when it used to perform almost twice as good". Nobody seems to have any advice on things to even try.

 

So, does anyone have any ideas?
