Windows Networking Window Issues

Hi so I'm just checking if anyone else has had similar issues with the network window in Windows. I've had some outrageous problems with the refresh button, and it doesn't seem to update correctly. I think I figured out how to make it work correctly for testing every single time now. But I just figured I'd check to be sure it's not just me.

If you mean the main screen of the "Network and Sharing Center" then I have never seen it offer out of date information. Changes like unplugging an ethernet cable show up automatically. I know it works this way for just about ever user that calls our call center, too. (ISP with 100-1500 calls per day, 100,000 total users)

No. Not that. The window titled "Network".

You mean the popup in Windows 8 and 10 that lets you select wireless networks to join? On the right side of the screen?

Edit: or do you mean where it shows other devices/computers on the network? if not, please attach a screenshot or link an image from somewhere online of what you mean

Ok, I can agree that the Network view of the Explorer can often be incomplete. Devices on the network have to respond to queries from your computer. On a network with every device on a stable connection, I find it usually complete and up to date.
