Wanting Cheap Build for CS:GO on a 144hz Monitor

Hey guys, I am looking to build a computer only for counter Strike. I plan to run it on a 144hz monitor, so it will need to be able to consistently at 144fps or better. I found a Radeon HD 7950 for $80 on my local Craigslist that I am going to get because it is plenty for csgo. But for the processor, I can either get an i7 920, an i5 3570k, or an i5 4460. Each of them would be about $100, and I would get the accompanying motherboard obviously, but which one of those would deliver the best performance paired with the 7950?

Get a i5 4460 and a B85 mobo

Intel Core i7 9700k - EVGA FTW GTX 970
