I've got an issue with a iPhone that screen is black and won t charge or boot up. I have tried a reset by holding down the two buttons and it didn t work. I have gone onto heat the phone up for a little while and it is now vibrating but it will still not boot. I have tried to connect it to iTunes to do an reset but it is coming up with the following "To Allow access , please respond to your iPhone" but I cannot respond because the screen is constantly black.

Any help would really be appreciated,

Thanks,

Sam

Almost sounds like the screen is dead then. Anything happen to it before it did this? Like left in a hot car or dropped? Also are you using the apple charger?

We're using an official charger, as far as I'm aware everything was fine before. Think it my be a case of sending it for a repair or getting a new one.
