Fallout 4 Shift Sprinting Issue

Go to solution Solved by r1Ns3,

Hmm alright, I guess I will just dwi until there is a patch hahaha, if I find one I will put it in this post for anyone else with this problem. Thanks :)

Hey everyone, as the title says I can't sprint in some settlements and sometimes just really randomly I can't sprint, I can walk but no sprint.

Any help is appreciated

I have modded the game, maybe that's why? And if it is can anyone please tell me a workaround? Thanks :)

its not a bug in the game its designed to be like this to add immersion and build up atmosphere

(atleast from experience with a lot of other games that do it)

Mods always can be a reason for bugs and glitches. Impossible to say what mod cause this. You have to try disable mods that impact any kind of movement or weight.

ive never played it, but i assume its a design choise by bethesta, i think they did it in skyrim too (although at other times because there were no settlements), but maybe its a bug, i have no idea because i havnt bought it yet

also there seem to be a lot of other people having this problem, but noone have solved it

I played 180h, completed the Mainstory and countless sidemissions. I was able to run all the time.

if you also built settlements in your playthrough and could run, its probably a bug @r1Ns3

I have the same issue. I've just ignored it. A patch did come out yesterday (not sure if it will fix anything), so there's probably a lot of other things gonna be borked now if you modded the game.

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs
