Pxe E61 Media failure

Hi guys!  hope you can help me in this, I've tried tinkering with my 8yr old desktop pc by upgrading its parts well after assembling it and tried to open the system it says This! (see pic below)

i tried changing my hdd but still no use. Ive spent a lot for this so I hope I can get some information about this.

 

Hope Linus can help me with this one! Thanks in advance

Does the hard drive show up in the BIOS?
