Windows 10 Lock screen keeps swiping up

When ever I go to my lock screen 5 min later it swipes up automatic and trys and login how do I stop that from happening? never saw this and I have tryed to restart my pc.  also I'm doing a sfc /scannow scan

That's a new one for me, but I keep having the lock screen after screensaver re-enable itself after I disable it, and its starting to get really annoying.

Also It trys and logins after it  trys to login in goes back to the lock screen.

 Bump Really need to figure out this issue.
