how do you fix this?

Just a couple different ideas.

 

  1. Remove all extensions via Chrome Menu Icon>More Tools>Extensions
    1. Reinstall any extensions you want if it works
  2. Log out of chrome via Settings, aswell as under Advanced Settings, reset Chrome
    1. Relog in and reinstall any extensions if it works
  3. Reinstall Chrome

That is what I would do. Have you tried navigating to the path 

C:\users\dsalupo\appdata\local\fastextension\ and tried remvoing Fast Extension?
