Help with loop planing

Hello, I'm going to be building a custom loop for my 5820k and plan to expand to a gpu when I upgrade it but for now just cpu only, I was thinking of going for a 360mm rad for plenty of headroom for both components in the front of my Define R5.

Here's what I have so far.

I need some help and how I should go about with how I should add a drain port whether I should mount the Rad in the front with the in/out lets on the bottom or the top.

why dont you just buy mayhems x1 clear? means you wont have to add biocide... and it never stains

Hmm but then I'd be getting a Block not specifically made for X99 which actually would help me a little bit.

yes it does mate.. you dont need to add anything to it. no problem :)
