They're actually pretty similar in terms of performance (assuming you mean the R9 295x2, BTW)

 

The R9 295x2 would be better for gaming IMO, purely because of the still stupid price of the Titan Z. Then again, I find it hard to really call either of them "better" as they're both ridiculous IMO.
