Msi gaming m5 ram problem

I bought everything to build my pc and when I put everything together, it started normally, with fans spinning and leds lighting, but when I connected it to a monitor it wouldn't recognize it (it showed as "no signal")

at this time the two ram sticks I have where in slot 2 and 4, as suggested in the motherboard manual. Then i switched the ram to slots 3 and 4 and tried it out, i got to the BIOS this way, but when I tried to install windows 10 64bit, it failed in the very end of the installation, saying there was a memory problem. This happened several times, the only way I could get my pc to work was by installing windows 32bit, which I sucessfuly could do, but, of course, for gaming, 32bit won't be enough.

 

Does anybody know what might be happening? I'm sure that ram is correctly installed, there are no bent pins on the CPU, everything is (or at least should be) compatible, I really don't know what's going on, I've tried many combination of putting ram sticks in different slots, using only 1 or using both sticks, and I can tell that on slot 1 or 2, nothing works, on slot 3 or 4, i can only get windows 32 bit, is anything broken? Or is it some configuration problem?

try contacting msi and seeing if maybe your mother board is defective. also for multiple ram sticks make sure you configure them in dual channel which will be in your mother board manual.

I found this list of ram compatible with my motherboard https://www.msi.com/product/motherboard/support/Z170A-GAMING-M5.html#support-ocmem and I found that the ram model I bought is not on any list whatsoever (not on memory support nor on oc memory support), might the problem be caused by this? shouldn't it be impossible for me to install windows 32bit if the ram is actually impossible?
