EMERGENCY HELP!

I need help as soon as possible,I don't know why is this happening,this morning I was playing and everything was normal,few League matches,some Dying Light,the suddenly this happens,my Memory goes to FULL.

You have 4Gb...

 

Looks normal to me.

Edit: If this is with no games open, go ahead and look at resource monitor and see what applications are taking up the most memory.

If this goes on AFTER exiting games, you've got a memory leak to deal with.

If that happens while in-game (and even if it doesn't), you need more RAM

When playing videogames, it goes to 2,5 max,not 4GB or 3,5GB.. My computer is laggy,I am not ingame atm,I barely use google chrome lol..

Honestly... I would try restarting and see if that fixes it for the time being... That's my normal course of action when something like this happens...

try to restart in safe mode

when not playing a game, I already use 8.7 gbs with Skype, steam, and a shit ton a chrome tabs open. I'm sorry for you if you have to use 4gb.

Also take the advise and buy more ram. Another 4gig stick would be super cheap. You will notice the improvement.
