Xbox One Wireless Controller Adapter Issue

So I just got this adapter and everything is working great, except for when I go in games like BO2. For some reason the camera keeps going up and I have no idea how to fix it... I literally can't do anything in the game besides spray.

 

Also besides that, how do you turn the thing off?

Don't really know what to put here.

bump again

 

It seems to be on all games. Always like the right stick is moving itself and makes me look down. I really don't want to have to buy a steam controller or some other gamepad.

Don't really know what to put here.
