I'm currently running a AMD Phenom II X4 840, on a crappy old ASRock N68-S3 UCC motherboard, meaning I can not overclock it without system crashes, And recently bought a new GPU after my old Asus 560 died.

Now i have a 960, And a boot SSD and new case, but my CPU is a heavily bottlenecking the GPU

My question is, I have a old i7 980X processor but I don't have a 1366 socket motherboard to go with it, I also have a 120mm AIO I can use to overclock it.

Is it worth me paying 300$ and getting this deal?

16GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance RAM: 4 x 4GB chips

750 watt ANTEC power supply. Comes with power cord

AMD Radeon HD 6950 Graphics card 2GB

And this 1366 Motherboard.

Or do I just sell the I7 and save a lot more for a new Motherboard and Ram and CPU (6600K)?

PS, I would re-sell the GPU and PSU... in this deal and get some of the $ back.
