Here's my plan (Around the 850-900$ price range,I just converted it cause I'm not from the US)
 

Intel Core i5-4460 or Intel Core i5 6400
Cooler Master 212 Evo

can't pair that motherboard with those chips, not even slightly

Aftermarket 980Ti >= Fury X >= Reference 980Ti > Fury > 980 > 390X > 390 >= 970 380X > 380 >= 960 > 950 >= 370 > 750Ti = 360

-Neither of those CPUs are compatible with that motherboard.

-Change that PSU

-Any different brand of the R9 380?

Sorry About the Motherboard,Already changed it..Sure I'll change the PSU..FOr the 380..MSI maybe

well the motherboard means that you'd HAVE to go with the 4460, but you could go with a B150 motherboard and the 6500 instead. as you can't overclock the 4460, which is basically the point of the Z series boards.

 

oh and MSI is much much better for AMD GPUs like the 380.

Even PCPP can't save your poor soul.  Hm, I think the 4460/z97 and 380 might be your best bet.   The 4460 is the best low end i5 for gaming.

This is gonna be probably my build..It's less than 800$ dollars in America but In my country it would be a lot more expensive cause tax..
