Hey guys my projector is turning of every 10-20 mins But with movies playing it lasts the whole movie length .

I have it for use mainly with my pc HDMI.

I have just put a new lamp in & it's blowing out alot of heat even with High Altitude mode ON ,even placed a 140mm fan pumping air inside the damn thing. im lost for words when i 1st got it it did not turn of even on very hot days. at the moment it's 23oC that's 73.4 degrees with 74% humidity so the internet says in my area. ummm what the hell can i do ? the unit is only 1 month old not even. and all fans seem to be working .ithink i don't know how to check that with out opening it all up But that will void my warranty.

Thanks. Loony979.

Right so i let them know about it and it's gonna take a week to do ,so with it being as easy as a fan i may as well do it my self. Can't be hard at all. It only happens when it's hot weather.

Im searching them fans out now.Kinda hard to find.

Ok Final update on this it's back from benq it's been working well they replaced thee blower fan it was faulty ,and so was the power board . All seems good now. but they wrote on the paper 90 days cover on parts and labour ,does that mean after that time if anything goes wrong my 2 year warranty is not covered then im curious to know.

It works i just keep it on high altitude mode.At least till winter.
