Problem in Windows 10

I'm having this problem with the start menu. I have two icons of RealBench that I would like to remove from the start, but when I right click remove from start nothing happen. I tried to uninstall the application but this didn't solve the problem. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Open the file location and delete it from here.

I've tried this but still the same problem.
